As a child, I was very sensitive to others experiencing life's challenges (aka energy). As I was exposed to more sadness, fear, anger, grief - the feelings too great for a child to independently transmute into love and joy, I unintentionally buried my sensitivity. It was simply too much to handle. It wasn't until years later, that I reconnected with that deep awareness of energies that we all drift in whether we realize it or not.

I found myself in my 40's with many blessings: a college education, career, a beautiful home, marriage, three amazing daughters, travel, entrepreneurship, yet something was still missing. After checking all of society's expected boxes, I was seeking answers, when a series of events was set in motion beginning my rebirth or "remembering" which would guide me back to the wisdom of my heart over the course of a few years.

In November 2019, I was completely blindsided by a family trauma, and my life was painfully turned upside down. In 2020, I experienced a variety of losses and grieving. We were forced to move multiple times, having to sell some of our belongings, and I was diagnosed with a serious illness. All of it was overwhelming, and at the time I couldn't imagine why it was happening. In 2021, I closed my business to focus on healing myself and my family.

Now I know the purpose of it all was to expand and evolve my soul, ushering me back to feeling presence with every precious moment. That which was truly not me fell away, making room for an abundance of growth and self love. I reawakened to how important every one of us are - each one of us having a divine purpose here in this world. With that, I was guided to the angelic therapy harps.

When I learned therapy harps could be played directly on the body with astonishing benefits, I knew I had to share this very gentle, soothing and powerful approach to healing! I look forward to sharing it with you for the purpose of rest and relaxation, restorative care, healing, or all of the above.

With the sound journey I provide, I intend to guide you back to your divine self...a remembering that can empower you to transmute lower vibrational thoughts and energies into love. With just one session it will become easier to reclaim the wisdom of your heart, allowing you to gain clarity on what you want going forward.
